What are your requirements? Common controls with some styling support is scheduled for 5.1. But I have no idea if the styling planned would match your requirements. CSS is not going to be supported for instance.
To make a QML application themeable right now, you generally have to collect all your image sources in a central QML file and expose that to third parties so they can swap them out. This is already doable.
